The Thalmor Assassin

Contrary to what one might assume, based on her name and the uniform she chooses to wear, the Thalmor Assassin does not, in truth, work for the Thalmor. She hunts them.
Before arriving in Skyrim, Kyr Tokii lived a life drenched in blood. Without the guidance of the Night Mother, she followed the path of death to the only people she thought truly worthy of it, the High Elves and the Thalmor. Even after assuming the many important titles granted her in Skyrim, my sister never truly left that path, and the tales of the Thalmor Assassin continue to be spoken in the homes of those that rebel against this fate.

Whether the author's claims of relation with the Dragonborn are true or not are unknown, and Out of the Shadows, his latest and highly controversial work, should be taken skeptically. Many scholars believe this book to be nothing more then an attempt to slander the Dragonborn's name, or bring more fame to the author for his supposed familial connections to such an important heroic figure.

For the record, Out of the Shadows is a book I intend to write some day, laying out the family history of the Tokii clan. Kyn Tokii, my main Oblivion character, through the generations to Kyr Tokii, my Dragonborn, and her bardic brother Valen. And, maybe, back before the times of Oblivion to Morrowind... (when I get around to playing it.)
The picture depicts Kyr, before vampire-becoming, in one of my favourite in-game outfits and wielding her traditional "Tokii Death Blade". Someday I want to draw her properly, wielding her bow, but until then it's daggers and destruction magic.
