Multi-Contest: Character Design

Category Two was to design a brand new character for FenrisWulf's game, so here he is! I was actively trying to not come up with a story for him this time (yep, I failed) because he might not remain my own, but the most basic elements I came up with were as follows.
He's ex-military, discharged because of injury. He probably went at least partially blind in one eye at the same time he gained those scars, and I'm not altogether certain he has both hands, either. However, this is all non-canonical, merely my thoughts.

{Update} I didn't place, and so I am keeping him for myself. Oh, I have plans for this guy...
